This year DofE participants’ volunteering hours soared by 64% to more than 3.5 million – equivalent to £17 million in paid working hours.

HAO students have contributed an amazing 234 hours which equals a social value of £1125.

We know volunteering changes lives for the better – that’s why it’s an integral part of the DofE programme. It’s more than just giving your time; DofE volunteering helps develop a passion for a cause and helps to learn new skills that set students up for their future.

We’re so proud of all students dedicating their time and energy to volunteering.
